I’ve seen some of the best psychiatrists in New Zealand, U.K, and the U.S. (even the world-renowned Amen Clinic), followed by seeing multiple psychologists, spending thousands of hours reading about ADHD and attending seminars, which led me to coaching and becoming a certified ADHD coach myself. That’s why I know coaching can help tremendously when you find someone who ‘just gets it’. That’s why I do what I do now, to make a difference and give you the right tools to help you become the best, most authentic version of yourself.
